Tammy Kellogg is proposing the installation of a Small Flow Sewage Treatment Facility (SFTF) that will serve only one single residence with a design flow of 400 gallons per day (one EDU) and will be located on an approximate 21-acre lot located in Clarion County, Porter Township on the west side of Bus Road, approximately one mile northwest of Olean Trail (SR-2005). The SFTF will discharge treated effluent to an unnamed tributary to Leatherwood Creek. The plan for this project will be available for public review and comment by contacting Porter Township at 9485 Curllsville Road, New Bethlehem, PA 16242, telephone (814) 275-2500.
