STRATTANVILLE Volunteers trying to organize a neighborhood watch program in Strattanville will host a public meeting on the issue at 7 p.m. Sept. 21 at the Strattanville American legion Hall. A rash of vandalism, thefts and arson earlier this summer led Strattanville residents to discuss a possible curfew and the establishment of a neighborhood crime watch.
