NEW BETHLEHEM – The Redbank Valley Chamber of Commerce will sponsor the 14th annual Peanut Butter Festival beginning Sept. 18 and continuing through Sept. 20. The festival will be held in Gumtown Park along Redbank Creek and Water Street in New Bethlehem.
