CUP and state police prepare for ALF

Both entities focus on reducing problems along South Fifth Avenue

CLARION Pennsylvania State Police and Clarion University are focused on a peaceful Autumn Leaf festival along South Fifth Avenue this year. Both entities plan a pro-active approach. CUP has launched its “Good Neighbors” program and will send university officials and student leaders to contact the students of the South Fifth Avenue area in person.
