County plans $1 purchase of Main Street building

County has leased Haskell Building for years

CLARION After a moment of silence in memory of the late Tom Armagost, who served as Clarion County commissioner from 1976 to 1992, the Clarion County commissioners Sept. 22 approved an option agreement with Cornerstone Development for lease to purchase the Haskell Building on the corner of Fifth and Main streets in Clarion.
