CLARION Clarion Borough is gearing up for one of the Autumn Leaf Festival’s biggest events — Colony Homes’ and Pennwest Homes’ Farmers and Crafters Day. Thousands of people are expected to visit the event, which runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. along Main Street from Second Avenue to Eighth Avenue.
