CLARION – Community Action Inc. announced Harriet Constable of New Bethlehem was selected to be the Clarion County Senior Corps-RSVP volunteer of the month for September. Constable has been a member of the Senior Corps-RSVP since December 1989, volunteering for New Bethlehem’s Valley Thrift Shop. She assists with money collection, organizing clothes and cleaning.
