CLARION – The Oct. 1 edition of the CLARION NEWS reported Clarion Borough residents can drop off collected leaves and brush at the borough maintenance building along Veterans Drive in Clarion. The report should have advised residents the leaves and brush must be removed from any plastic or other bags when dropped off.
