CLARION — Sometime during the week of Oct. 12 through 16 the Clarion County commissioners and all county departments within the courthouse will be participating in a drill to test emergency procedures for the courthouse. This drill will be unannounced in order to best test these procedures. Visitors to the courthouse during the drill will also become participants.
