Study backs local opposition to I-80 tolls

GROVE CITY The Interstate 80 Tolling Impact Study, a research project compiled by Grove City College Economist Tracy C. Miller, was released Oct. 12 at the small private college and for those who have been fighting against the proposed tolling, the study reaffirmed their argument.
