CLARION – Golden Living Center Clarion was to host an annual Safe Trick-or-Treat event Thursday Oct. 29, at the Clarion facility located at 999 Heidrick Street,Clarion. However, in an effort to keep their residents and staff safe and healthy, the event has been cancelled due to the recent outbreak of the H1N1 virus in the community.
