SHIPPENVILLE – The Clarion County Career Center’s annual open house will offer three visiting times, from 9:30 to 11 a.m., 1 to 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Nov. 5, at the center. Offering a “Techno Road Trip,” William Powell, director of the center is inviting area residents to experience technical education, 21st Century style.
