Knox lands PennVest loan for sewage project

Conservati o n HARRISBURG – State Sen. Mary Jo White (R-21) has announced the approval of a $2.28 million loan to help Knox Borough replace its faulty sewage system. CLARION – Samuel W. McMillen, 84, of Boundary Street, Clarion, died Wednesday, October 28, 2009, at his home of natural causes. Born December 4, 1924, in Strattanville, he was the son of Samuel A. and Frieda Rose McIntire McMillen, both preceded him in death. He was married to Diane S. Powell McMillen and she survives.
