CLARION – The Robert V. Burns Funeral Home in conjunction with R.V. Burns Crematorium Inc., Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 2145, Boy Scout Troop No. 51 and the Clarion Fire and Hose Company No. 1 are sponsoring a flag retirement ceremony at 7 p.m. on Veterans Day, Wednesday, Nov. 11.
