WILSON, N.C. – Helen Marie Goheen Bauer, 85, of Wilson, N.C., died Tuesday, October 27, 2009, in Wilson. She was married to Alvin Francis Bauer, and he preceded her in death. Mrs. Bauer was a volunteer at Wilson Medical Center and the Brian Center. She loved quilting and was Eucharistic Minister at St. Therese Catholic Church.
