Munsee, Schill and Shaffer win election

CLARION For candidates Rex Munsee and Tim Schill, the outcome of the Nov. 3 general election was cautiously anticipated as they were the lone candidate on the ballot in their races while Terry Shaffer, incumbent county coroner, had to wait out the lection results to learn he was re-elected.
