McGinnis to be honored in Harrisburg

HARRISBURG – Knox native and Congressional Medal of Honor winner Ross A. McGinnis will be honored at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 9 at the state Capitol in Harrisburg with a memorial marker and a military tribute. McGinnis, a Keystone High School graduate, died Dec. 4, 2006, saving the lives of his fellow soldiers in Iraq.
