KNOX Minus members Linda Runyan and Mike Wise, who were absent, Knox Borough Council Nov. 2 approved a tentative 2010 budget. In the borough’s general account, council anticipates revenues totaling $431,328, and expenditures totaling $346,403, leaving a balance of $84,903.
