FRILLS CORNERS The North Clarion School District is considering combing its elementary and high school bus routes and the school board heard from district bus contractors at its Nov. 2 work session. Under a “one-tier” plan, both high school and elementary students would ride the same buses and both schools would have the same starting and dismissal times.
