MILFORD – Robert Eugene Neuland Fish, 92, died November 2, 2009, at his home of fifty years in Milford. Born January 27, 1917, in Clarion, he was the son of Myrtle Olive Nail Neuland and John Andrew Neuland. His father died in the 1918 influenza epidemic. His mother subsequently married Ernest Ellsworth Fish who proved to be a beloved stepfather to his new son.
