The Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference will be well represented in this year’s District 9 playoffs with Clarion, Keystone and Redbank Valley trying to work through the Class A bracket while Karns City and Moniteau try for the trophy in Class AA and Punxsutawney will attempt to win the crown in triple-A.
