Sheriff’s office seeks two men

CLARION- The Clarion County Sheriff’s Department would like the public’s help finding two area fugitives. The first, Danny Joe Bowser, 36, is wanted for failure to appear for plea court on an initial charge of hindering apprehension. Bowser is five-feet, nine-inches tall, weighs approximately 150 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes.
