Keystone board rejects inhouse police officer proposal

KNOX By a 6-3 margin, the Keystone School Board Nov. 16 rejected re-establishing the position of an in-school police officer, also known as a school resources officer. Officially, board members cited cost concerns and the improved ability of school administrators to handle disciplinarily problems in voting to reject the proposal.
