Clayton A. Hartle SHIPPENVILLE – Mark Hartle and Elisa Chambers of Shippenville announce the birth of their first child, a son, Clayton Allen Hartle at 12:04 p.m. Monday, October 19, 2009, in Clarion Hospital. The baby weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19 inches long at birth.
