CLARION COUNTY The Pennsylvania Game Commission is trading State Game Lands 283 to the Department of Conservation Natural Resources to become part of Clear Creek State Forest, but there may be more to the deal – the DCNR is considering making some of that land part of Cook Forest State Park.
