STRATTANVILLE Strattanville Borough Council this month its tentative approval to a $121,059 budget for the upcoming year, holding tax levels at their existing rates. The borough’s 2010 general fund budget comes in at $99,059 and the highway budget – funded with state funds – comes in at $22,000.
