MARIANNE The River Hill sewer line project in Paint Township is nearing completion and it looks like it will meet the end-of-the-year deadline imposed by a DEP consent order. Paint-Elk Joint Sewer Authority engineer Brian Sekula said all the rights of way have been acquired and all the sewer mains have been installed.
