CLARION – Cindy Wigger has earned the most recent employee recognition honor at the Clarion County 9-1-1 Center. Wigger has been employed with Clarion County 9-1-1 for three years. Wigger, originally from Missouri, moved to Clarion County in 2005 after completing a three-year AmeriCorp Vista program in Johnstown.
