SHIPPENVILLE The Clarion County Career Center’s Joint Operating Committee Nov. 23 approved a management assessment study. The study is provided by the state department of education and covers all aspects of center operations. A private consulting team is sent to the center to gather data from all departments over the course of several weeks.
