CLARION – Clarion County lost one of its best and most caring citizens when at 3 a.m. Wednesday, December 2, 2009, our Lord in Heaven assuredly received the loving spirit of Catherine J. Smith of Clarion. Born July 23, 1917, in Piney Township Clarion County, she was the daughter of the late Marvin E. Smith and Catherine Murray Smith.
