State designates funding for county sewage association

HARRISBURG The Clarion County Sewage Association recently received $35,609 in state funding through Act 537, the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act. With that grant and member dues and service fees, Matt Ellenberger, CCSA board president and a Farmington Township supervisor, said the county sewage association is in sound finance shape for the upcoming year.
