CLARION – Miss Clarion River Valley Scholarship Organization officials this week announced the first Miss Clarion River Valley Competition will be held at 7 p.m. Jan. 9, 2010, at Clarion Area High School. The organization will welcome contestants from around Pennsylvania to the competition.
