What are boundaries and rules of wild and scenic designation?

CLARION RIVER The Clarion River is more than just scenic; it’s officially scenic for several miles in Clarion County. But the question has been: how wide is the official scenic corridor? The answer, up to the U.S. Forest Service, was announced by Allegheny National Forest Supervisor Leanne Marten last month.
