Earns degrees BRADFORD – Nathan Carmichael of Rimersburg was one of fifty-eight students to earn degrees in December from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. The graduates were recognized with a reception on Sunday, Dec. 13, in the Mukaiyama University room of the Frame-Westerberg Commons.
