CLARION – Community Action Inc. announced Lorraine Cramer of Clarion was selected to be the Clarion County Senior Corps- RSVP Volunteer of the month for December. Cramer has been a member of the Senior Corps-RSVP since March 2007, volunteering for Clarion Hospital where she serves in the mail room, sorting and delivering mail for hospital staff.
