KNOX – Recent reports in the Clarion News stated Sligo Borough Council has agreed to contract for police services with the Knox Borough Police Department. While that report is true, it should also have been reported the agreement still requires the approval of Knox Borough Council. Knox Borough has not yet taken any action on the issue.
