CLARION Philip and Virginia Lucas will celebrate their 68th wedding anniversary Friday, December 25, 2009. They were married Christmas day, December 25, 1941. Mr. Lucas was employed as a mold maker for Owens-Illinois Glass Company in Clarion until his retirement in 1986.
