CLARION The Clarion County Planning Commission reelected its officers and recommended a long-time board member be reappointed at its annual dinner meeting Dec. 16 at the Clarion Holiday Inn. Charles Williams was re-elected president, Jack Snyder will again be vice president and Rayburn Smith returns as secretary treasurer.
