FOXBURG Allegheny-Clarion Valley school district’s board of directors welcomed some new members at their recent reorganization meeting. New members Kelly Terwilliger from Perry Township, Clarion County and Wayne Fair Jr. from the city of Parker in Armstrong County were sworn in as new members.
