CLARION – Community Action Inc. announced 166 Senior Corps-RSVP Volunteers from Clarion County were honored for their dedication and service to their communities at the annual recognition luncheon held at the Clarion Holiday Inn. The theme for the event was “Hats off to Volunteers.”
