Keystone board split on annexation legal bill

Two board members oppose payment of bill

KNOX The Keystone School Board recently approved a $288 payment to its legal counsel for an opinion and letter on annexing the elementary school property into Knox Borough, but the letter remains unavailable to the public. The letter, from district legal counsel Andrews and Beard, apparently explained how the elementary school property could be annexed by Knox Borough.
