CLARION – The first Miss Clarion River Valley Competition will be held at 7 p.m. Jan. 9 at Clarion Area High School. The event is the effort of numerous volunteers, including Mary Brooks of Clarion. The Miss Clarion River Valley Scholarship Organization will welcome contestants from around Pennsylvania to the competition.
