CLARION – The Pennsylvania Cooperative Education Agency announced that Frank Magagnotti of the Clarion County Career Center has received the 2009 Pennsylvania Outstanding Cooperative Education Coordinator of the Year award. The award was presented at the annual Cooperative Education Conference held Oct. 22 and 23 at Penn State.
