CLARION – Claud R. Swisher, 90, of South Third Street, Shippenville, died Monday, January 4, 2010, in the Clarion Hospital. Born December 27, 1919, in Niles, Ohio, he was the son of Claude E. and Pearl Black Swisher. Both preceded him in death. He was married April 25, 1942, in Philadelphia, to the former Anne Reidy. She preceded him in death on September 14, 2002.
