SHIPPENVILLE Shippenville Borough Council made it official Jan. 4; it is no longer interested in connecting its sewer system to the Paint-Elk Joint Sewer Authority’s treatment plant. Council also held it reorganization meeting, reelecting its officers and swearing in two council members and a tax collector.
