Carter W. Coursen KNOX – Joshua and Kami Coursen of Knox announce the birth of their first child, a son, Carter William Coursen at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, November 25, 2009, in Clarion Hospital. The baby weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces and was 23 inches long at birth. Randy and Wendy Tharan of Knox are the maternal grandparents.
