CLARION On July 1 the Clarion County Drug and Alcohol Administration will move from a countymanaged system to a contracted service. According to Clarion County Finance Director Donna Reinsel, the move should save the county $15,000 in matching funds and will also save on human resource and other administrative costs associated with the services.
