CLARION Matthew’s Hallmark at the Clarion Mall will be closing its doors at the end of February. The store had been a fixture at the mall since 1980. According to Hallmark Cards, Inc.’s strategic communications Manager Julie Brookings, the impact of current economic conditions led to the decision.
