Study: Clarion County faces further population decline by 2030

HARRISBURG Clarion County faces a 9 percent drop in its population over the next 20 years, according to projections recently prepared by the Pennsylvania State Data Center. The figures are based year 2000 base lines. The PSDC also prediction population decline in Jefferson and Venango counties while projecting growth in Forest County.
