STRATTANVILLE The Jan. 4 reorganization meeting of Strattanville Borough Council began with Mayor Randy Davis performing the oath of office for two re-elected council members Susan Schmader and John N. Reed, each for a four-year term. Also beginning a new four-year term, but previously sworn in earlier in the day, are Rick Thompson and Chuck Myers.
